What is the exact brand and model of the upgraded controller board? (Is it the stock Duet3D board, or did they swap in an industrial PLC or alternative controller for the CSA approval process?) Are the main power supplies (PSUs) and solid-state relays (SSRs) still inside the machine or included in the parts box? Is the original 7-inch color touchscreen fully functional and connected, or has it been altered? Is the aluminum print bed plate present, or has it been removed? (It is hard to tell from the photo if the thick machined bed plate is under that pile of parts). Are the print heads/extruders included? If so, is it the standard Modix Griffin print head, and is it a single or dual-extruder (IDEX) setup?Does the "extra parts and components" box contain all the original wiring harnesses and fastners that were stripped out? 08/28/2026 12:48:52 PM

Here is a response from the seller: Brand of upgraded electronic controller is house brand Modix (I am referring to the 7" colour touchscreen here) the original controller board which is the V2 screen (much smaller and works with a tactile knob) is still around and inside the box of parts. Main power supplies and SSR's are still included in parts box. The 7" colour touch screen has not been altered, that was the upgrade (the machine is the V2 model, we upgraded the screen/electronic controller to the V3. Aluminum print bed plate is present, in the photo its located all the way at the top. Yes print head and extruders are included. I believe its the IDEX but I can check on that. Yes it does contain original wiring harnesses and fasteners. This printer ran perfectly for about 10 hours. Then we started dismantling it to prep it for CSA approval but we never got any further.
