We charge a $50 handling fee per pallet for freight shipments. This handling fee covers the cost of materials and time to palletize the items and ready them for freight shipment. Please contact seller for handling fee of smaller items. All handling fees must be paid prior to scheduling pickups.

The Buyer is responsible for arranging freight carrier pickups. The Seller will not arrange freight shipments. We will NOT accept YRC or UPS Freight/TForce Freight as a freight carrier. All freight charges MUST be PREPAID. We will not ship via collect.) However, for smaller items, we ask that you choose UPS Ground or USPS because those two carriers pick up at our location on a daily basis.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder & default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms & conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property & refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property. Buyer has 14 days from the sale date to notify the seller of any issues. The return policy applies to affected items & only covers identified defects that were not described within the auction; Buyer pays cost of return shipping. Products in question MUST be returned to the seller for inspection for consideration of refund. The buyer is responsible for packaging the item appropriately so as damage will not occur during the return shipping. Full refund of AFFECTED item(s) only so long as no tampering has occurred with the product(s). Any tampering with the product(s) will void its warranty. Partial refunds are solely at the discretion of the seller & if considered, the buyer & seller will negotiate an agreed upon partial refund amount. Should a refund be warranted, the seller will issue a refund in the amount of the sale price only. The buyer’s premium, sales tax & buyer's premium tax will NOT be refunded as GovDeals does not offer returns & the warranty is solely being offered via KVS Computers.
