Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Special Instructions
Must be picked up between the hours of 10 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, from the Noblesville Schools' Educational Services Center lobby, 18025 River Road, (317) 773-3171. Allow 48 hours from the time you purchase a device before coming to pick it up. Must have a copy of your receipt, as well as your drivers license. NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this sellers terms and conditions your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Noblesville Schools, IN makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
