The glass is made to be highly transparent and low iron tempered at 1/8" thick. The cells are encapsulated with EVA (ethyl vinyl acetate), which protects the module from the damaging effects of UV light. The frame is constructed of heavy-duty anodized aluminum for durability and strength. All panels are designed and built in accordance with the CE IIEC61215:1995 standard and UL1703 standard.

The buyer expressly accepts all liability for the equipment at the time it takes possession of the same. Claims indemnified hereunder shall specifically include, but not be limited to, any claims relating to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death and/or to injury to or destruction of property, including the loss of use thereof, and any claims related to environmental issues or claims associated with the transportation of equipment. Such obligation shall not be construed to negate, abridge or otherwise reduce any other right or obligation of indemnity which would otherwise exist for the benefit of PACRO.
