This auction is for a 1986 International F-1954 Fire Tanker Truck powered by a 7.6L L6 diesel engine and manual transmission. This vehicle was previously owned and maintained by the Ault Fire Protection District, Colorado, and shows only 10,695 original miles, consistent with fire department reserve and tanker use.
The truck features a large-capacity water tanker body, tandem rear axles (6x4), emergency lighting, siren system, PTO controls, and auxiliary fire control switches. The diesel engine starts, runs, and operates as intended, with no known mechanical issues reported by the seller.
Known Issue: The left hood hinge area is loose and requires lifting the hood slightly in order to close properly (see photos).
