Wrecked 2007 Peterbilt 335 CONVENTIONAL CAB PROPANE TRUCK, Cat C7 ACERT, 7.2L L6 DIESEL RUNS WELL ( VIDEO ATTACHED). Allison automatic
transmission with PTO was functional at time of accident. Miles are estimated at 200,000 miles, odometer could not be verified. GVW IS 33,000 lbs with air
brakes. 22.5 tires on aluminum rims have approximately 50% tread remaining. Vehicle was on a strict fleet maintenance program while in service. Unit is
equipped with air conditioning, cruise control, differential lock and air ride suspension. The 3,000 gallon tank was previously used for propane. BE ADVISED,
the tank has road rash from the roll over and the data plate will be ground out before the vehicle is removed from the property. A SALVAGE TITLE will be issued
to the registered buyer. SOLD AS IS, NO WARRANTY OF GUARANTEE. Inspection before bidding on all items is highly recommended and welcome by

assisted with several other vehicles at this location in the past. Vehicle must be removed from the property no later than 10 days after the purchase date.

Removal
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc).
