NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Erie Tax Claim Bureau, in and for the CITY OF ERIE under Sections 601-609 inclusive of the Real Estate Tax Law of 1947, as amended, that the BUREAU will expose the above referenced property at a public sale that will be held, commencing at 10:00 A. M. on January 13th and 14th 2026 for the purpose of collecting unpaid 2023 and or ANY PRIOR REAL ESTATE TAXES, PRIOR LIENS, MUNICIPAL CLAIMS, and all costs.
