Up for auction is approximately 20 pallets of chopped aluminum wire scrap along w/ approximately 19 wooden reels of remnant aluminum wire scrap. Also included in the auction are three steel tilt dump bins.
Weight of scrap wire is unknown. Weight of bins are 870, 700, and 714 pounds.
See photos for better idea of amount of cable on each reel and/or pallet.
NOTE: Auction DOES NOT INCLUDE any NEW CABLE on adjacent steel or wooden reels.
BUYER MUST PROCESS (UNSPOOL, CUT, AND LOAD) ALL CABLE ON SITE. BUYER TO SUPPLY ALL EQUIPMENT AND PERSONNEL TO PROCESS LOAD. Buyer may take wooden reels or remove from property with cable.
City of Anaheim will not provide equipment and/or personnel to assist in processing /loading. No further processing (unsheathing/stripping of cable) will be allowed on site. Potential Buyers are welcome and encouraged to inspect lot prior to close of auction. Please call/email to schedule appt. Must have appt; inspections will not be granted without appointment.

Removal

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting. Note: Shipping is NOT available.
Removal is by appointment only. All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.
At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
