Used/See Description
For sale is a scale left from an old trucking company. This scale does not include any electronics or wiring; the only remaining component is the steel I-beams. The successful bidder will be solely responsible for its removal from the property. This item is owned by Warrick County and is being sold "as is, where is," with no warranties provided by the county.

The final price must be approved by the Warrick County Commissioners, which will occur promptly after the bids close. If the highest bid is approved by the Commissioners, a hold-harmless agreement must be signed before the scale can be removed.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
