Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property, unless you have made prior arrangements with us to ship the items for you. No Assistance will be provided on the day of. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

If your item has shipping available, and you would like it shipped, please assure your address under your govdeals account is correct. Any issues with shipping to the wrong address fall on the buyer.
If you require international shipping, you must use our shipping rate and shipper due to liability issues. International customers are responsible for alll customs duties and taxes costs.
