The asset is sold as is, where is and without warranty. Once the asset is removed from the
seller's premises there is no refund of monies previously paid.
The buyer's responsibility is to pick up and load the device/s and remove all devices on the pallet.

Do the servers have RAM included? How much RAM? Any hard drives (the posting says desktops and laptops do not have hard drives, but does not specifically say the servers do not have hard drives)? 04/20/2026 11:29:31 AM
Good morning, we do not remove the RAM in the servers, but do not know how much as we are doing this on behalf of another agency. For Hard Drives, yes, we do remove all hard drives prior to listing. 04/21/2026 07:34:46 AM

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Prince William County, VA makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
