Are the printheads and ink cartridges installed? Has a test print or configuration page been printed recently? Are there any known issues with the printer? Is the stand and media roll holder included? Has the printer been stored indoors and protected from the weather? Are you able to provide photos of the display screen after startup? Printer powers on and runs through initial startup sequence. New third party ink cartridges recently installed, displays "ink cartridge empty" error message after startup. Signs of old dry ink around cartridge connections. Printer and cartridge connections may need to be cleaned further or genuine HP ink cartridges installed to correct the error message. No test prints have been performed recently. Stand and media roll holder included. Printer has been stored indoors in an office.
