Payment
PAYMENT: If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

SALES TAX:
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

Removal
The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up / removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.
Removal is by appointment only, and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance of item pickup. When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
Items will typically be shrink wrapped; this is subjective to the type and/or size of the item.
If an item is pictured on a pallet, it will be on a pallet for pickup. Additional pallets will not be provided.
Limited forklift assistance may be provided. Contact seller for details.
All items must be picked-up / removed within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description.
If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted time frame, the item(s) may be declared abandoned by the seller.
If the pickup of an item is by first-party, they must bring:
- The "Notice of Award"
- The "Paid Receipt"
- Personal identification (such as a Driver's License)
- You must present all three identification items at the scheduled pick-up, or the auction item(s) will not be released to you.
If the pickup of an item is by third-party, they must bring:
- The Notice of Award
- The Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable)
- An Authorization of Release from the designated "winning bidder" specifically naming you as an authorized pickup representative. Authorization of Release
- Third party’s own personal identification, such as a driver’s license.
- Made by a third-party
- Who the third-party is
- They are authorized to pick-up the item
