SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.
If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.
All property will be shipped Federal Express 2-day delivery, signature required, to the requested street address. Property will not be shipped to a PO Box or internationally. Seller is responsible for packaging and shipping at Seller’s expense. Seller will strive to ship property within 15 business days after the close of the auction, provided payment in full has been received by Seller. Buyer will receive an email from Federal Express with tracking number to track packages for accurate delivery information.
NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this Seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
