Shipping & Local Pickup Options

Computer Recycling of Va allows local pickup by appointment or prepaid shipping.

Local Pickup: Local pickup is available by appointment only. You will not be permitted to pick up your items without a scheduled appointment. Bring a copy of your Bill of Sale and a legal I.D. Please indicate your intent to pick up your items as soon as possible after auction close. A pickup time will be scheduled via phone or e-mail after auction close. Bill of Sale can be signed in person if picking up.

SHIPPING: If shipping, buyer must return a signed Bill of Sale BEFORE shipment. Buyer may send a prepaid shipping label with the correct weight and dimensions as provided by the seller. We will pack the material onto pallets or into boxes based on quantity and size, then send the buyer dimensions and weight so that they may purchase proper shipping labels/freight pickup. We have daily USPS, FedEx and UPS Ground pickup service (no need to schedule a pickup for these services). Prepaid shipping labels MUST be provided via e-mail as a scanned copy or PDF.

Freight Shipping: Auctions involving large items or high volume are usually cheaper to ship on a pallet via a freight service vs. ground shipping in boxes. We are experienced with freight shipping. We will arrange freight pickup and bill the winning bidder the shipping cost. Our freight costs are better than most other services will quote individuals. Freight shipping can incur additional costs to residential locations such as liftgate service fees and limited access fees. If you do not have (A) a loading dock and/or (B) a forklift, you will need liftgate service. CRVA has a loading dock for freight shipments.

All auctions must have a prepaid shipping label provided or scheduled freight pickup within 10 (ten) business days from auction closure. If any item(s) is not shipped within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned.

We will NOT hold items in waiting for other auctions to close. You must pick up or facilitate shipping of your auctions within 10 days of auction close or they will be marked as Abandoned.

At the time of pick-up/removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). When making a removal appointment, please confirm with the seller what is needed to release the item(s).

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.

Guaranty Waiver: All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Computer Recycling of Virginia makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
