Removal

The Seller DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, loading, towing, hauling, or other requirements for the removal and transport of the merchandise is the sole responsibility of the buyer. This includes manpower, tools, airing of tires, providing fuel, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS.


All communications are done via email. After payment has been made, the BUYER (person whose name is listed on the buyers certificate/receipt) should contact fleetauction@gptx.org to schedule a removal appointment.

NO REMOVAL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE DAY THE AUCTION CLOSES. Removal appointments will be scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and must be made a minimum of two (2) hours in advance.

If you are sending a third party or transport company to remove the items, you must notify fleetauction@gptx.org one (1) business day prior to desired pick up date. Buyer will be required to complete an Authorization of Release form and provide a copy of their drivers license/ID via email to schedule an appointment.

ITEMS WILL NOT BE RELEASED WITHOUT A CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT VIA EMAIL.

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU ARE LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT AND THE NEW APPOINTMENT MAY BE SCHEDULED FOR A DIFFERENT DAY.

All items must be removed within ten (10) business days after the auction has closed. After the final day for removal, a late removal fee of $50.00 per day, per item will be charged to the buyer for any items that have not been removed. If merchandise is not removed within ten (10) business days of the final removal date, the merchandise may be declared abandoned and ownership will revert back to the Seller. Seller may dispose of or re-sell the merchandise as they see fit.


REGARDING PAPERWORK: All title paperwork will be available for you when you go to pick up your merchandise. Prior to removal, buyers must sign all appropriate paperwork. Title(s) will ONLY be transferred to the successful buyer's name or company listed on the paid receipt. Titles will only be released to the winning bidders. Please bring a copy of your drivers license/ID as proof of identity. Titles will not be released to third party or transport company. If buyer is unable to go to the City of Grand Prairie in person to pick up their title it will be mailed.

NOTICE: If you are the winning bidder and default by failing to adhere to this seller's terms and conditions, your account with Liquidity Services WILL BE LOCKED.
