PAYMENT

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.

DO NOT DECLINE THE SHIPPING OPTION. Shipping and handling charges will be added to the GovDeals invoice within 24 business hours.

Note:

1. Payment is due within 5 (five) business days of auction closure.

2. Any invoice $5,000 or above requires payment via wire transfer.

3. Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the Probation FAQ.

SALES TAX

When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.

If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). We recommend doing this prior to the auction’s closure or before making payment. To do so, please visit Liquidity Services' Tax Exemption Submission Tool.

Once the auction has ended, we will add the shipping and handling fee. Once you receive the invoice with the shipping and handling fee added, please do the following:

• Complete your payment.
• Sign the Bill of Sale where it says Buyer Signature and print your name where it says Print Buyer.
• SHIPPING AUTHORIZATION: Write, “Yes, please ship” with your signature on the Bill of Sale (i.e., underneath the signatures or in an empty space on the document is acceptable).
• Upload the signed Bill of Sale.

Shipping will be arranged when we received the payment and required document with signatures.

Orders are typically shipped within 5 - 7 business days after the receipt of payment and signed copy of the Bill of Sale. You will receive a tracking number once the item has shipped. We recommend tracking your package for real-time delivery information.

No P.O. Box, International Shipping or Pick-ups Allowed.

Once the package has been turned over to shipping carrier, we are not liable for any damage or loss. Buyer will be responsible for handling any damage claims with the carrier/shipper. We will pack items, seal the box, and apply label to outside of the box. The buyer will not hold the seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct with GovDeals. We will not be responsible if your item is shipped to the wrong address.

We DO NOT combine shipping. Each lot is shipped and processed to separately to maintain accuracy in handling, tracking and delivery of each winning lot.

We DO NOT accept shipping labels.
