Pre-fabricated pallet shelter unit (approx. 64 sq. ft.) with 0.5” insulation.
Includes: electrical panel w/ 1500W heater; 5,000 BTU A/C install kit (installed); bed (27.5” x 79.5”); 1 bunk with mattress.
Unit has additional permanent exterior electrical service box installed by Southern West Coast Electric (for hardwired power connection).
Fire extinguisher (purchased 02/20/2025) — pressure gauge currently in green.
Carbon monoxide alarm installed.
Interior condition: Used (needs cleaning).
One front window glass pane is missing; another front window glass pane is broken.

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only Monday through Thursday between 8am-4pm and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
