Buyers’ Certificate will serve as proof of purchase and must be presented at the time of property removal. If buyer uses a 3rd Party Agent, Buyer must provide agent with a copy of Buyer’s Certificate and signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using 3rd Party Agent. Gaylords are stored outside on pallet. Tarps are covering them for protection from rain and snow. 15 crates (mix of gaylord boxes and wood crates), all on pallets. All gaylord boxes and crates will be loaded onto a truck or trailer with our forklift at our loading dock. 03/02/2026 11:14:19 AM

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Please see the contact below
Person removing asset must provide copy of Buyers Certificate at time of removal. The Buyer’s Certificate serves as Proof-of-Purchase and must be presented at the time of item removal.** If using a 3rd-Party agent; Buyer must provide agent with a faxed copy including their signed authorization to release their items. Buyer must notify Seller if using a Third-Party Agent.
Vehicle Titles will be issued at the time of removal. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. No Shipping-No Exceptions.
