The following described vehicles have been impounded by the City of Knoxville Police Department or Codes Enforcement and are being sold via auction in compliance with the Tenn. Code Ann. 55-16-106. In accordance with this Code, winning bidders will be given a Bill of Sale ONLY for each vehicle. It is up to bidders who are not in the state of Tennessee to verify whether a Bill of Sale is acceptable to register and title in their state.

This lot of vehicles is being sold as-is, where-is.
Vehicles are not able to be started so you are bidding at your own risk. Contents in vehicle stay with vehicle.
Bidders may view the lot of vehicles in person with the following restrictions:
Viewing is by appointment only due to restricted area, there will be no exceptions - only one person may come onsite to view vehicles as they must be escorted by Impound staff. Social distancing is to be practiced all times and wearing a mask is preferred.
Appointments for inspection and pick up must be made with the Vehicle Impound Lot 865-215-6217.
Pickup is by appointment only due to restricted area. Vehicles must be towed off the property within 5 days from the end date of the auction. Working on vehicles in the lot is prohibited. All items in and on each vehicle are to be removed by winning bidder and not left onsite.
NOTE ALL 11 VEHICLES MUST BE PAYED FOR ONLINE AND REMOVED FROM THE IMPOUND LOT/CITY PROPERTY WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION OR THE REMAINDER OF VEHICLES WILL BE RE-IMPOUNDED.
IF you can not pay online and remove all vehicles with in 5 days, please do not bid.
