Removal

GlobalTek shall not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or delays occurring during transit. ( 4 ). Insurance: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to request and pay for shipping insurance. GlobalTek will not be held financially burdened for any claims resulting from carrier negligence. ( 5 ). Administrative Compliance: By bidding, the buyer agrees to indemnify and hold GlobalTek harmless from any financial claims, chargebacks, or litigation arising from the shipping process. All shipping arrangements must be finalized within 10 business days of auction close.
