PAYMENT
The winning bidder is required to handle payment via these steps:
Step 1: This auction requires the payment of the Buyer Service Fee (BSF) to be paid directly to Liquidity Services prior to the payment of the remaining amount to the seller. The BSF must be paid electronically via the
My Bids section of your account. The BSF must be paid within 48 hours of the auction’s close date & time. Note: If the BSF is over $5,000, payment is required via wire transfer.
Step 2: Once the BSF is paid, the remaining amount is due no later then 5 (five) business days from the auction’s close date & time. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, Certified Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or a Company Check (with Bank Letter guaranteeing funds – mandatory). Checks shall be made payable to: [INSERT CLIENT NAME]
Note: Depending on your history with GovDeals, you may be limited to the number of auctions/transactions that you can participate in simultaneously AND/OR the dollar amount that you can pay via credit card, debit card or PayPal. For additional insight, please visit the
