Inspection

Bidders may inspect the property before bidding. Inspection is by appointment only and Currently Limited to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Payment

Removal

This item can be shipped OR can be picked up in person.

Local Pickup: PLEASE NOTE: PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. This will be strictly enforced. The winning bidder must make arrangements for the property removal including packaging, loading, prepping and appropriate equipment for secure transportation.

Shipping: Agency will ship assets with prepaid shipping label provided by the buyer. Once you have received a Buyer's Certificate for winning the auction, please contact Washington County Procurement to receive information regarding the weight, dimensions, and how the item(s) are packaged.

Washington County is not responsible for items removed from the properties.

Items that have not had a shipping label provided or have not been picked up within ten (10) business days of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate will be re-auctioned.

Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to the removal of the property. If the Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
