Removal
BUYERS MUST CALL IN ADVANCE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR PICK-UP! If you do not have an appointment, you cannot pick up your item. NO ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED!

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Removal assistance is not provided and item(s) must be picked up in person. WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING - PLEASE DO NOT ASK! All items MUST BE REMOVED WITHIN TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. If item(s) are not removed within stated time-frame, a refund of payment will be made and item(s) will be re-auctioned.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including removal, packing, loading and transportation of the property. NO ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate. In lieu of the charge, Seller reserves the right to issue a refund of payment and item(s) will be re-auctioned.
