Well maintained. Everything works. No leaks or plumbing issues.
Tires/wheels removed when installed. Replacement tires/wheels will be needed to transport.
Home is occupied and not available for viewing or inspections prior to sale.
***Winning Bidder is Required to Remove the Mobile Home from the site on January 20th, this includes disconnecting utilities and hoses. **
Movers must be a licensed to move the equipment will have to send verification of license before pick up date. January 20th is the only day for pick up so please do not bid if you cannot pick up on that day
Deinstallation and removal of outside items in pictures on DEC 15th.

At the time of pick-up / removal, you will be required to present the seller with a copy of your Buyer’s Certificate and/or bill of sale, and potentially other documentation (e.g., copy of driver's license, Authorization of Release, etc). This agency does NOT provide SMOG CERTIFICATION or EMISSIONS RETROFIT. All smog related repairs and certifications for vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer as outlined in California Vehicle Code, Division 12, Section 24007.5.
