This listing is for a large scrap lot — lot cannot be broken up. Please refer to photos for details on included materials.
The second photo shows an old distillation tower.
Important Information:
This is a very large lot and may require power equipment for removal.
No equipment or assistance will be provided by the Department.
Inspection is strongly recommended prior to bidding to ensure you have the means to remove all items safely and efficiently.
Payment is due within 5 business days of auction close.
All items must be removed no later than November 24, 2025.
Failure to meet payment or removal deadlines may result in forfeiture of the lot.

NO EXCEPTIONS!. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS. IT IS UP TO THE WINNING BIDDER TO COLLECT ALL ITEMS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME! Removal: All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. Property may be removed between the hours of 9:00a.m. and 3:00p.m., Monday through Thursday, excluding legal holidays. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
