You may have someone pick up the items on your behalf. However, this would need to be an in-person pickup and cannot be picked up by a standard shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx. The person picking up the items on your behalf will need to sign the Bill of Sale at the time of pickup. 09/09/2026 12:52:33 PM

Removal

All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified.

Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping.
