✳️✳️ These are currently in 1 Gaylord box, which will be an ADDITIONAL $50.00 FEE for the Gaylord added to your auction (if you choose to keep the box and do not unload upon arrival for pickup).
⭐ Buyer arranged shipping will be accepted (see below for materials/handling fees by Seller), but the Buyer will be responsible for selecting their own carrier, negotiate rates, shipping terms, and will remit payment directly to the carrier/shipper of their choice. At NO time will the Seller be liable for any shipping fees. Buyer will provide their own shipping insurance and will NOT hold the Seller liable for any damage incurred during shipping.
⭐ The Seller will shrink wrap the pallet and apply the prepaid label to the outside of the pallet/box. Every effort will be made to package the items in a safe and secure manner, but the Seller is NOT liable for damages incurred during shipping.
⭐ A 'Prepaid Label Shipping Waiver for Assets Won on GovDeals' MUST be completed and returned to the Seller prior to pick up. If this is not completed, the Seller will NOT release the items.
* Items must be removed within 10 days from auction end (or your account could be locked).

The Buyer will make ALL arrangements and perform ALL work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of the property. NO assistance will be provided. Bidders will be LOCKED unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Desoto County School District, MS makes NO warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are FINAL. Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
