Removal is by appointment only. Coordinate retrieval of property with Point of Contact listed with this lot. Retrieval must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.All items must be picked-up / removed within two weeks from auction closure, unless otherwise stated in the asset description. If any item(s) is not removed within the allotted timeframe, the item(s) may be declared abandoned. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of 18 must remain in the personal vehicle of the party retrieving the property.

Facility operates on a Mon-Thurs schedule. Pickup hours are between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Packaging and shipping must be carried out by receiving party, as our facility is not equipped to do so.

The buyer is responsible for all aspects of pick-up and removal, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation and exporting.

Buyer is responsible for all costs and risks associated with removal of the asset. GovDeals and the Seller neither endorses nor accepts responsibility or liability for lost shipments, lost profits, damage to the property or any other claims or damages arising from Buyer's use of third-party shipper. Note: A Prepaid Label may be accepted such as UPS and FedEx Express and LTL Freight (FedEx Ground is not accepted).

• HANFORD SITE EMPLOYEES: Before property may be released, employees of the Hanford Site must sign an Employee Acknowledgement form warranting that they have not obtained information not otherwise available to the general public and were not involved in the determination to disposition the property or the process to prepare the property for disposition.

• Bidders wanting the Title, SF97, issued in their business/company name MUST register as a company. No changes will be made after award.
• If Buyer does not receive SF97 within 30-60 business days you need to notify Seller immediately. After 90 days obtaining SF97 (TITLE) will be solely on the Buyer.
