This building is offered for sale, and the winning bidder will be required to dismantle, load and remove this structure. When dismantled, this building will fit into a standard SeaCan or large truck. Additional items may require a 2nd load. Only bid if you have the construction expertise to dismantle, pack, load and ship. Multiple attachments to this posting providing more details.

Mandatory - No removal equipment exceeding 5 Tonnes per axle is permitted and will be strictly
enforced.
Mandatory - Any Loads leaving site must coincide with MTBC regulation (IE. Height, Width, Length.) and be transported on a vehicle that is approved for on highway use.

MANDATORY - The winning bidder must have the proper equipment, to dismantle, load and handle transportation, and insurance to safely and properly remove the items from the location. The winning bidder MUST provide current Insurance to the seller prior to any removal taking place. If bidders cannot meet these requirements, DO NOT BID.
NO ASSISTANCE OR MACHINERY WILL BE PROVIDED by the seller. If you do not have the proper equipment, DO NOT BID.

If you are wanting it, we will throw it in. We have no use for it once the yurt is gone. Was not listed, as it may have been a deterrent. All cleanup to be done by purchaser. 07/14/2026 13:13:28 PM

The HST will NOT be removed from this sale under any circumstance. Buyers wishing to reclaim their HST from this sale will need to fill out a GST189 Form and submit to the Canadian Government to be refunded. Neither the seller or GovDeals will assist in this procedure.
Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

ALL pickups will be scheduled Monday to Friday during business hours. No weekend pickups are available.

will not provide any labour assistance with removal.
will not sign any document for shipping.

will not supply any asset information required for customs.
