I noticed when this parcel sold in December 2025, the adjacent property, 4939 Mounira Ave, (1.45 ac)was included in the sale and on the same deed. Does this auction include only one parcel (4931 Mounira) or does it also include the second as well? 03/13/2026 08:05:43 AM

In this case, the sale only includes **one lot — the one listed in the ad (4931 Mounira Ave).** The adjacent property at **4939 Mounira Ave is not included** in this sale.
