Thanks, since you do not assist with shipping, loading, etc. is it possible to call a 3rd party like UPS store in order they can handle the picking up there?, they further will pack and ship the items. Thanks 02/05/2026 13:52:03 PM
I would need to check with the department and work out the details. If the department approves, the UPS will need to come to campus and coordinate pickup with the department. An authorization release form will need to be completed prior to pickup. This form will need to be signed by you, once you have all details. Due to the location of the audio equipment and safety concerns, inspection is not allowed. PAYMENT

SALES TAX

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate. The buyer must schedule an appointment with Asset Management to sign the bill of sale and provide identification prior to pickup. Please call (904) 620-2779.
