Failure to complete construction of a new home within the specified time will result in the property reverting to CCHA ownership, at no cost to CCHA, and funds received for the purchase of the property will be retained by CCHA.

Upon closing, CCHA will provide a clear title. The purchaser will pay their closing costs.
