Step 2 – Pay for the Real Estate The actual purchase price for the real estate must be paid directly to Real Estate Liquidation Services LLC by Wire Transfer only. ACH is not accepted. After the Auction Fee is paid, the Buyer’s Certificate will provide the wire transfer instructions. The full real estate purchase price must be received within five (5) business days from the date and time of the Buyer’s Certificate.
