Winning bidder will be responsible for PICK UP of the item. Pickup is available Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 4:00 by appointment.
UT Martin will NOT prepare items for shipping. It is Buyer’s responsibility to box, palletize or anything necessary for items to be removed from property. Please do not ask if we will mail if prepaid label is sent as will NOT mail.
If the winning bidder is sending someone to pick up in their place, an authorization release form must be submitted as well as a copy of the buyers I.D. We will email the form to you upon request. These items are required for another person to pick-up in your place.
No shipping is offered.
No preparation (packing, taping, boxing shrink wrap or anything of need) is offered. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to arrange pickup and anything required to remove items from UTM property. No forklift assistance is available.

SALES TAX
When applicable, sales tax is calculated based upon the auction’s advertised location.If you are seeking sales tax exemption, you must complete Liquidity Services’ tax exemption form(s). Removal
ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SELLER’S LOCATION; ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal and any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate.
A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
