All lots will be listed for sale on GovDeals.com and be available for bidding on January 5, 2026 at 8:00 AM. to January 12, 2026 at 8:00 AM. All items are as is, no warranty. Items may be missing components and not in working order. Power cords may or may not be included. Located at Fannin County Middle School, 4560 Old HWY 76, Blue Ridge Drive, Blue Ridge, GA . Visitors without appointments will not be permitted to view the items. Items may be picked up January 13, 2026 through January 22, 2026 after payment is received, Monday-Friday between 9:00-2:00 after arranging a pickup time with the contact listed above. The buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property purchases. Shipping not available. Items must be picked up in person. Payment will be made through the GovDeals website. The winning bidder will follow the directions on the website in order to claim their property.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.

Bidders will be locked unless a prior arrangement has been made for any item not removed within the ten (10) business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.
