Before bidding, please read the following requirements:
1) This item is being sold as is, where is. Seller has included all known information about the item in the description above.
2) Bidders are asked to submit questions through GovDeals. Staff are not available to field phone calls.
3) Item can be inspected onsite, but an appointment is required. To make an appointment, please e-mail the asset contact.
4) If indicated as a shippable item, seller will package the item and provide the buyer with the weight and dimensions, so the buyer can forward a USPS, UPS, or FedEx prepaid label. For larger items, seller will transport the item to OBX Shipping Center (www.obxshippingcenterinc.com), but shipping is at the buyer’s expense. The seller is unable to provide shipping quotes to potential bidders.
5) Winning bidder must make payment electronically through GovDeals.
6) Winning bidder will not be allowed to view the item prior to submitting payment.
7) Payment in full is due not later than FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of the close of the auction. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE GRANTED. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the bidder being in default.
8) The item must be removed within TEN (10) BUSINESS DAYS from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate.

If you are the winning bidder, you will facilitate payment by referring to the My Bids section of your account.Note:

Removal
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

Guaranty Waiver. All property is offered for sale 'AS IS, WHERE IS.' Duck, NC makes no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Please note that upon removal of the property, all sales are final.
Description Warranty. Seller warrants to the Buyer that the property offered for sale will conform to its description. Any claim for misdescription must be made prior to removal of the property. If Seller confirms that the property does not conform to the description, Seller will keep the property and refund any money paid. The liability of the seller shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the property.
