The City of Marysville is auctioning structures located at 17724 Raymond Road, including a barn, multiple sheds, and steel silos. Due to their value, these materials must be offered for public sale as per Ohio Revised Code.
The winning bidder is fully responsible for removing the purchased structures from the premises. Must disassemble along with removal. Utilities will be disconnected.
A pre-bid inspection is highly recommended. Bidders are solely responsible for verifying all details during an in-person inspection.

All purchased items must be removed within six (6) months of the auction close date.

By bidding, you acknowledge that the City of Marysville and its staff are not liable for any injury or damage incurred during the removal of these structures. The winning bidder assumes all associated risks and agrees to hold the City harmless.

Removal
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. No Assistance will be provided. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer’s Certificate.
