Is parcel 5100834 at 3633 Samuel Road independently buildable for a single-family home as it currently sits, or would any zoning variance be required due to the 55-foot frontage, lot width, setbacks, or lot-of-record status? 07/10/2026 10:47:28 AM
This lot does not require any variances from Springfield Township, however, since the well and septic were abandoned when the house was razed in 2009, Summit County Health Dept should be contacted for their requirements. 07/10/2026 11:50:29 AM
