With all due respect, regarding the broken LCDs. Broken LCDs do not belong in an auction. I realize that recycling LCDs costs money, but putting the broken ones up for auction is not appropriate. The serviceability is nil and the argument that they coudl be used for parts is also a weak one. Not trying to be rude, just been burned on this before. These items are clearly listed as for parts or not working, and many buyers purchase them specifically for salvageable components.
