The County acquired the interest in this community tract through tax foreclosure. That process is involuntary and is not a transaction the County pursues purposely. The County is conveyed the property by statute. When providing these parcels to the public via this auction site the onus is on the buyer to determine how the title to the property is affected by restrictions, agreements, easements, etc. 03/09/2026 14:53:05 PM
